Installation instructions
for refrigerator conversion kit:

  1. Check to be sure your refrigerator maintains a 36-38 degree temperature (Farenheit).
  2. The best location for the beer faucet is through the door about 47 inches from the floor.  Mark this spot and gently dimple it with a center punch.
  3. Using a 1/8 inch bit, drill a pilot hole through the front of the door at the dimple mark.
  4. Using a 1/4 inch bit, drill through the outer and inner walls of the door.
  5. Using a 1 inch hole saw, drill through the outer and inner walls of the door.
  6. Remove the nut from the threaded end of the beer faucet. From the front of the door, insert the faucet -- threaded end first.  Replace the nut and gently tighten with an adjustable wrench.  The black flange will cover the hole in the outer wall of the door.
  7. Take the drain tray and place it on the door so that the distance between the faucet and drain tray is 9-10 inches.  Mark that location.
  8. Using 1/8 inch bit, drill holes for mounting drain tray.

Tapping and service procedure
  1. Attach the CO2 regulator to the CO2 tank using an adjustable wrench; tighten snugly.
  2. Take the clear beverage hose, insert rubber washer into hex nut and attach to back of faucet on fridge door.  Hold faucet and tighten.  Insert second washer into the hex nut and attach to threaded portion of the Keg Coupler.  Tighten down tubing with clamps provided.
  3. Attach the colored pressure hose to nipple on CO2 regulator outlet.  Tighten with clamps provided.  Attach other end to nipple on the Keg Coupler.  Tighten with clamp.
  4. Attach Keg Coupler to the barrel by lightly pushing down and turning until it locks in place.  Pull handle down.  Set CO2 regulator for 12-14 lbs.  When the dispenser is not in use for any length of time, the CO2 should be shut off.  Be sure to turn it on again before drawing beer.
  5. When serving beer, open the faucet all the way.
  6. Clean beer lines, faucet, and coupler with a brewery-approved cleaning solution.
  7. Cleaning should be done once a month.
